Senator Kate Lieber represents Senate District 14, which includes Beaverton, Aloha, and portions of Washington and Multnomah Counties. Kate is a mother of two, a breast cancer survivor, a community college instructor, and attorney. She is deeply invested in improving our communities and understands, as a State senator, that having power means using it wisely and justly. Serving on the Senate Committees on Human Services, Labor and Business, and Energy and Environment gives Senator Lieber the ability to advocate for policies that benefit workers and vulnerable Oregonians, and her role on the Joint Ways and Means Committee has enabled her to ensure that Oregon’s budget matches its values.
