Executive Director
Genoa Ingram has served over 30 years as an expert in government relations and association management. Since 2007, Genoa has been the president of Court Street Consulting. Originally hired to lead association management for the Oregon State Capitol Foundation in 2016, Genoa became its executive director in 2018.
As the OSCF executive director, Genoa develops and directs organizational strategies and recommends timelines needed to reach the nonprofit’s goals. She enjoys working with the Foundation because of the opportunity it gives her to show her love of the Capitol and the people and activities it represents.
An avid car enthusiast, Genoa has Pacific Wonderland license plates on all eight of her automobiles. She appreciates knowing that by doing so, she is supporting the Oregon State Capitol Foundation and the Oregon Historical Society.
“My favorite part of serving the Oregon State Capitol Foundation is implementing programs that will be enjoyed for years to come and leave a lasting mark on the Capitol visitor experience. I also enjoy working the OSCF board members, most of whom I had the opportunity to work alongside in my capacity as legislative staff and as a legislative advocate.”
